 Okay, I’ll admit it. I wasn’t exactly a pet lover when my husband decided he wanted a dog, a loyal companion, man’s best friend. My friend Caroline convinced me to put my skepticism aside and go to the local Adopt a Stray – just to look.
Of course, once you see all of those beautiful animals, it’s impossible to say no! I stumbled upon the most adorable pooch and brought him home for my husband’s birthday. We’ve been smitten with Henry ever since. I can’t imagine our life without him; he’s truly become a very important member of our family. Henry and I even work together as a therapy team, going to visit patients in hospitals, nursing homes and hospice centers. When you adopt a pet, you’re the one who’s saved.
It’s our love for and appreciation of Henry that inspired me to develop my line of Who’s Got Treats? Like most pet owners, I’m always looking for an opportunity to spoil Henry – but I had a hard time finding treats that were fun, healthy and affordable. And that’s when I decided if I couldn’t find ‘em, I’d make ‘em – and Who’s Got Treats? was born.
Henry volunteered to be my Chief Tester and Head Critic and with a lot of tries and a lot of effort, we have developed some of the tastiest pet treats in town. Each treat has been named in honor of a pet that has played a very important role in my life and in the creation of Who’s Got Treats?.
Despite Henry’s protests, it seemed only fair to expand our line to include Kitty treats as well. We’ve now got treats that are sure to please the most finicky of felines and the most discerning of dogs!
